Hi Jerry – that’s old screen from the previous AdWords User Interface. We should put up a new article for the new UI! In the new UI, select the Ads tab, move the pointer over the advert you want to edit, and notice the “pencil” icon in the upper left of that advert box? When you click on the advert, you are offered the option of editing it – with a warning about the way in which an edit works.

What tab are you under? I don’t see this screen anywhere on my campaign.

I never thought that the edit is deleting/re-creating till now. This makes a lot of sense. @ Martin that makes logical sense.
