If you have a Ads Diagnostic Tool message to contact Google, how do you do so? A lot of users find their way to the AdWords Help Forum, which is a user to user help forum, not part of Google Customer Service. Posting account details and problem descriptions is a security risk. So just where do you find the form that lets you email Google Customer Service?
Up in the upper right of the old AdWords 2 User Interface is a “Contact Us” link:
![]()
You can also find it at the bottom of each page of the AdWords User Interface, in both the new and old interfaces:

We recommend using the New AdWords User Interface (AdWords3 User Interface) – there are useful pieces of information in that interface that are not in the older interface.
Click On “Contact Us” – What Next?
On the next form – “Can’t See My Adverts”:

On the next form, look for “What Should I Do…” and click it:

Then find a link to contact Google:

You now get the start of a form process:

In the ‘Can’t See My Ad’ form, select the type – usually the first row, “Google Search And Search partners” is right:

At last – the form:

You’d think that since Google is asking you to contact them, it’d be easier… There are a few other variations to reach this form, but if you see something substantially different – that’s probably not what you should be looking for!
Hope you can help me….
my ads are declined every single time due to an apparent :
” Ad Status: Suspended – Pending Revision
Ad Issue(s): Inaccurate Display URL”
when you click on the destination and the display url’s they both do work and are correct ! I have tested them from several machines !
Funny thing is 4 of the 7 ads I have placed use exactly the same url’s and they are approved ???
I have changed them several times to different url’s and same reply.
I have phoned Google (several offices in the USA and UK) and left countless messages as well as sent about 15 emails to adwords-support@google.com to no avail.
Customer ID: [[Deleted - To Protect AdWords Client]]
I have run out of options and am losing revenue…
I am based in South Africa

http://www.SlotMachinesUSA.com/; PR 3
and
http://www.riverboatgambler.com/; PR3
Please please please… give me some answer,
Thanks a lot!

@Lily – your question is about Search Engine Optimisation and is more suited to a blog or discussion forum about SEO, such as SEOMoz, Google’s own Webmaster Help Forum, or WebMasterWorld. Rapid ranking collapse can be caused by many things – have you checked your Google Webmaster Console, one of the first troubleshooting steps?
I am try over 20 time post my web site on google.com.hk, However , each time only can display hour , and then which will be supsend by google.
Adword team claim my web is not allow on adword. However ,, you will see follow over 10 web like me also place there every day. What can i do now? Please help
Hi Matthew – you’ve also commented on another posting here, that you run an escort service in Hong Kong. There is an AdWords policy against advertising escort services.
You can complain about other advertisers, but your chances of advertising your own business are low. Complain about other advertisers breaching policies using the AdWords Advertisement Feedback Form.
I have been “under review” for 4 days without any indication of what is wrong. Can someone please email me? I’m missing Christmas!
Hi Steve – “under review” doesn’t mean that anything is wrong. If the account is new, or if there are questions about, for example, the AdWords alcohol policy, then you might be held pending determination of that. It’s fairly normal for new or “edgy” advertisers skirting near editorial policy, to have delays of several days for review. It is possible to ask for expedited reviews, if you have an agency rep.
Our website http://www.obooko.com was refused Adwords because we ‘distribute Copyrighted material’. We are actually one of the few sites in our arena that do this legally with author’s or publisher’s written permission to do so.
The rub is that there are numerous websites (many acting illegally: distributing without consent) that were approved by adwords. eg:
http://www.witguides.com
http://freepdfbookdownload.com
http://www.ebooks.pk
Why the discrimination? Any clues?
Hi Tim,
This is interesting.
Did they point you to any particular documentation? How was the AdWords “refusal” communicated?
Trying to figure what the primary problem is (according to the Google Gods). The copyrighted material, or verifying the permission?
The exact wording in Support communication can be both maddeningly vague and critical at the same time.
