I know this article is relatively old, but I find it interesting that your singular/plural example still holds true today. I have noticed that almost every time I have the opportunity to use both a singular and plural form of the noun in a short keyword phrase, the plural form results in a higher QS (i.e. company vs companies, caterer vs caterers, dealer vs dealers, etc). And it's usually at least a 2 point difference in QS.

Thats some great fundamentals there, already know some of that, but you can always learn . I doubt a “kid” could put together such information as dolphin278 suggested. Maybe he’s just attempting to be “controversial? lol
