AdWords Help Experts is proud to be ranked “Influential” by Topsy

About Topsy Influence:

“Topsy Influence measures the likelihood that, each time you say something, people will pay attention. Influence for Twitter users is computed using all historical retweets: millons of real, public statements indicating who’s listening to whom. On our website, roughly the top 0.2% most influential of all Twitter users are tagged “Highly Influential”, and “Influential” tags appear for the top 0.5% most influential Twitter users. So if Topsy says you are influential, you are part of a pretty small group!

Topsy search results are ranked by how often they are cited in tweets, and how influential the people are who tweet about them. We use influence for features across the site such as identifying Top Authors or the best Twitter Profile for a search term, for discovering trending terms and authors associated with a website…..”

Thanks to Topsy for recognizing AdWords Help Experts and the hard work we do to bring the best in support and news to Adwords advertisers.

I’m having some serious problems with Adwords – and while I have ALWAYS applauded Google – I think that Adwords allowed my campaign to fall through the cracks – and now I’ve learned that getting a REFUND for a PREPAID amount takes 3-4 weeks! Which is absolutely unequivocally unprofessional and unacceptable.

Perhaps you cannot do anything about Adwords – and the lack of customer service, and lack of ease of use – but I had to say something… Because this is insane, beyond a reasonable doubt – and leaves Adwords to “APPEAR” to be semi-crooked and almost to the point of theft.

Please see this particular forum post – to see what I am complaining about:

And if there is ANYTHING you can possibly do to help Google Adwords become an upstanding Advertising agency, instead of what it is slowly becoming – I would sincerely appreciate it.

    Hi WagerWitch,

We have little or no influence over Google. And some of us are not happy with Google’s relationship with at least part of their marketplace.

During the last quarter I heard reports they purged 5% of their advertisers, cut support, and increased profits.

In other words – if you don’t like it, good riddance. (my projection of a corporate attitude)

I don’t like it, but having built an agency specializing in AdWords – I am learning to live with Google’s peculiar (and often maddening) take on Customer and Public relations. Relationship by algorithm it seems sometimes.

Whether Google’s actions are wise, fair. moral, good business, etc are other questions.

They certainly are not answerable to us humble AdWords Help Experts. So far I don’t think they are answerable to anyone.
